Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

Overview

The dailychaotic platform is a small, independently run shelf of web-based games and tools. This policy explains what information is collected when you use dailychaotic.com and its associated games (such as tictactoe.dailychaotic.com), and how it's handled.

What we collect

Right now, dailychaotic games run entirely in your browser or device. Game progress, streaks, and settings are stored locally on your device (using browser local storage) and are not transmitted to or stored on any server we control.

Standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) may be collected automatically by our hosting providers (GitHub Pages and Vercel) as part of normal web traffic handling. We do not access or use these logs for tracking individual users.

Cookies and analytics

We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect what's added and why.

Third-party services

Our sites are hosted via GitHub Pages and Vercel. Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the infrastructure-level data they process to serve our sites. We don't share any user data with them beyond what's inherent to serving a webpage.

Children's privacy

The dailychaotic games are designed to be suitable for a general audience, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, since no account creation or personal data submission is currently part of any dailychaotic product.

Changes to this policy

As dailychaotic grows and adds new features (accounts, leaderboards, etc.), this policy will be updated accordingly, with the "last updated" date above reflecting the latest revision.
